Why A Mezzanine?

Our pre-engineered custom mezzanine structures are a time, space, and financially sound alternative to the expensive cost of typical construction. These structures meet the need for space that is essential to the growth of a business.

They are designed to create additional working and storage space and are built to work around the current layout of your client’s warehouse, matching its exact height, area and load requirements. These structures will allow your customer to double their space and maximize the use of their building and can be installed without the costly interruptions of construction.

How Our Mezzanines Work

The steel mezzanine structure is manufactured off-site and then delivered finished and ready to be assembled. The supporting columns are easily bolted to the ground and are designed to take up as little space as possible. Next, the beams are bolted on to the columns and the chosen mezzanine flooring is fastened on top. The steel construction is engineered for maximum strength and durability and is built to handle the wear and tear of industrial storage.

Getting Approval

The Mezzanine Company has worked with many customers, including architects and engineers, in their submission of paperwork for town approval/permits. We provide PE stamped drawings for this purpose
