Achristavest Builders

Achristavest Builders is a premier builder of fine waterfront homes with a focus on luxury and spectacular surroundings! They have developed some of the world’s most unique and breathtaking homes for everyone from NFL quarterbacks to the CEOs of some of the world’s biggest companies.

Recently, they were looking to make use of the available vertical space, in a newly constructed building, for additional storage space for furniture that is used for staging in new construction homes.

Working closely with Achristavest Builders, we came up with designs for two storage platforms that would serve their needs. The first platform would be 2,400 square feet and the second platform would be 800 square feet.

Both platforms included an IBC staircase for employee access and a sliding gate for moving materials on and off the platform. For the flooring, Resindek would be used.

Once the proposal was approved and the approval drawings were generated, our local project manager made a site visit to make the finishing design adjustments.

When the production of both platforms was complete, we arranged for a prompt delivery and coordinated together the best installation schedule.
