Working with different companies in a variety of industries has expanded the growth of The Mezzanine Company enormously. ETS Lindgren, an ESCO Technologies Company, is a “leading supplier of engineered products for growing industrial and commercial markets”.

Back in early 2016, ETS contacted The Mezzanine Company regarding an expansion project for their acoustics and filters department in their Cedar Park, TX facility. They had tight and congested areas that weren't allowing additional material to fit and flow properly.

Working closely with ETS, we provided a design for two separate mezzanine structures. This would enable ETS to move their items from the ground level, which has limited space, to the platform deck.

The mezzanine for their acoustics department required a special angled cutout in order to line up against their existing structure. ETS also requested the mezzanine for their filters department to be designed and built for an expected future expansion.

Once the mezzanines were ready for shipment and delivery, we coordinated everything with one of our experienced local installers to provide a quick installation.

The mezzanine structure for their acoustics department is now being used to sort and store shipped materials on the deck, while the second structure is being used to store various raw metals. Both structures have allowed the operation of forklift traffic underneath; while keeping surplus inventory out of the way.

Shortly after, ETS awarded us with a second project for modular offices that were needed. Only two months after having completed the first project, ETS also contacted The Mezzanine Company a third time around regarding additional mezzanine structures needed in their facility. One of the structures will be an add-on to their existing structure in their filters department (where The Mezzanine Company has already designed the structure for future growth).

We received the following feedback from the client, "The Mezzanine Company is very unique in staying connected from start to finish, although their headquarters is so far away. They always made sure we were happy with the work that was being done. We just told them what we wanted and they gave us what we asked for; they didn't try to sell us anything extra."
